1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the vega888 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is final and legally binding.

vega888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility conditions may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being terminated and any remaining balance being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name as per your identification document (MyKad or passport), mobile phone number, valid email address, and relevant payment method details. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to our support team.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The vega888 platform accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• vega888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals

All monetary transactions on this platform are subject to compliance checks and identity verification. vega888 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal that requires further review to ensure the security of your account.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

vega888 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to eligible users. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 150% first deposit bonus up to RM500. Example calculation: a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM2,250 (RM150 × 15). For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM500, bringing the balance to RM1,300 with a wagering requirement of RM7,500 (RM500 × 15).

6Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the vega888 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) or are run by real live dealers through secure live streaming technology. Game fairness is our top priority.

In the event of a technical error, connection failure, or system disruption during an active game round, vega888 reserves the right to void or review the outcome of that game at our discretion. Decisions made under such circumstances are final.

Confirmed sports bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user after a match has started. Any modification or cancellation of bets is subject to the sportsbook policy currently in effect.

7User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users of the vega888 platform are required to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games
• Colluding with other players to exploit the game system or promotions
• Providing false information during registration or verification checks
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that were obtained unlawfully
• Acting in a rude or unlawful manner towards vega888 staff
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation

8Account Suspension and Termination

vega888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time if there is sufficient evidence that the user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions, or has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

In cases of suspension due to fraud or breach of trust, vega888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds in the account until the investigation is complete. Any legitimate balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedures.

Users may also choose to close their own account by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

9Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The vega888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the service runs without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or connection disruptions.

vega888 is not responsible for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from a user's betting decisions, technical disruptions beyond our control, or failures on the part of third-party service providers.

Users are fully responsible for all betting decisions made through their accounts. vega888 does not provide betting advice and is not responsible for any financial consequences users face as a result of their own betting activity.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

vega888 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve any part of these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. However, any material amendments will be communicated to users via an in-account notice or email at least seven days before the amendments take effect.

11Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which vega888 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by our licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable from the rest of the agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
